Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will enter your state and zip code in the shipper address area. Then choose type of address, residential or business, and shipping rates will be automatically calculated. Choose your shipping price and method.
What is the return policy?

We promise at Best Appliance Skins if we make a mistake we will fix it quickly to your satisfaction guaranteed.

What products are eligible for return?

Products that are damaged during shipping, have printing flaws, or that vary in size over a 1/4“ from the specified measurements are eligible.

Customer error or a change in mind after the product has shipped is not eligible for a return or a refund.

What if I want to exchange the product, get a refund or change my mind?

Email or call us.

If management does approve a return, the buyer is responsible for shipping the product back in new condition.

After the product is received and inspected for new condition, a refund less a 20% restocking fee will be issued.

How do I return product that is eligible for return?

Email or call us first so that we can determine the eligibility.

If approved, we will give you shipping instruction at that time.

If the product is damaged, take a photo and email it to us and let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund.

Do not ship the damaged product back to us.
Hold on to the damaged product for a few weeks because the shipper may want to inspect the damage.
After that you can discard the product.

Once these processes are complete we will honor the replacement, exchange or refund.

All sales are final 15 days after receiving product. Any eligible returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
