Return, Exchange or Refund
Email or call us first to get a return approval and a return address. Do not send the product back without contacting us first and getting approval. If we approve a return, the buyer is responsible for shipping the product back in new condition. (no scratches, scuffs and or cuts due to rough handling or re-packing) After inspection of the returned product, a refund, less a 15% restocking fee, will be issued.
Products that are damaged during shipping, have printing flaws, material defects or that vary in size over a 1/4“ from the specified measurements are eligible.
How to return
Email or call us first to get a return approval and a return address. Create a new label with the new return address and ship the product back to us. Do not ship the product back to the address on the original label. A refund will not be issued if the product is shipped back to the ship to address on the original label because we will not receive the return at the appropriate warehouse.
Stainless steel, Colored & Custom Size Magnet Skins
All purchases on stainless steel, colored & custom size magnet skins are final after receiving the product. We do not issue refunds or replacements unless the product is damaged during shipping or has material defects. Reason: Once the skin is used, even just to try it out, it's not possible to re-pack it in new condition for resale. Please request a free sample first to make sure of the color & shade before placing order.
Damaged during shipping
If you receive the product damaged due to shipping, take a photo and email it to us and let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund. Do not ship the damaged product back to us. Keep the damaged product for 30 days, as we file a damage claim on it, because the shipper may want to inspect the damage. After 30 days you can discard the product.
Printed Image Magnet Skins
All purchases on magnet skins with printed image are final 15 days after receiving product. If we approve a return, the buyer is responsible for shipping the product back in new condition. (no scratches, scuffs and or cuts due to rough handling or re-packing) After we inspect it for new condition, a refund, less a 15% restocking fee, will be issued. Please contact us for approval before shipping product back.
